Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders from Datu Jungle Se are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery time within India is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Datun Jungle Se currently delivers to all serviceable locations across India, including Indian territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Datun Jungle Se is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Datun Jungle Se is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. For damaged or defective items, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Please retain all original packaging and damaged products before raising a claim.
